Yup i did, applied a Theme and it still showed those sheets of paper switched back to default and still had em as papers. Probably not going to work since the local Admin account was doing the same thing, but making a new profile doesn't take long to make.Ī reinstall wouldn't be the worst thing, as long as it doesn't recur for this user.
Is the system on (or on and off) a domain, any GPO that may be messing things up? You mention local Administrator, but that doesn't necessarily mean it is on a domain. Has anything been installed or upgraded prior to this issue occurring?
